【華為解禁】華為手機可否裝 Android？華為高層：等待美國商務部指示！

美國總統 Donald Trump 在大阪 G20 突然宣佈「放生」華為，容許美國公司向華為出售元件。雖然白宮後來澄清華為仍然列入美國商務部「實體清單」之內，只是鬆綁一些全球普遍有售的晶片和軟件的，但 Trump 總統的發言對華為來說，是一顆救命丹。

而這顆救命丹是否有用？就要等待科技龍頭的意願了。自從華為被列入「實體清單」並要求美國公司停止做生意之後，Google、Intel、高通、Broadcom 等企業停止與華為合作，華為手機隨時不能預載 Google App，Android 也只能安裝 AOSP 開源版本。

因此，美國商務部的態度，影響 Google 等大企業的態度，亦影響未來的華為新機是否能夠安裝 Google（Alphabet）授權的 Android 系統以及 Google App。華為風險管理和合作伙伴關係副總裁 Tim Danks 被問到 Alphabet 授權登入 Android 的問題的時候，就指他們知悉 Trump 總統上周末對華為的言論，正等待美國商務部指示，並沒有進一步評論。

目前美國商務部向華為發三個月臨時許可，容許向美國公司採購現有華為手機的元件，臨時許可會在 8 月中結束，換言之 Trump 總統的「放生」言論是否為真，就要等 8 月中才知道了。
