話說 iOS 13 把 iPhone 6/5s 淘汰了，想當年金色殼 iPhone 5s 以及 iPhone 6 Plus 引起炒賣熱潮，如今卻因為不能升級最新 iOS 而被淘汰，確實有點可惜。

蘋果每年推出新 iPhone，因此就算再新的機種都有被淘汰的一天，你總不能使用太舊的 iPhone，而無法體驗最新 iOS 的所有功能。這張由 StatistaCharts 繪製的圖片，顯示了每一部 iPhone 支援 iOS 升級狀況，例如初代 iPhone 只支援升級至 iPhone OS 3.1.3，只能支援 3 代 iPhone OS，iPhone 4 支援從 iOS 4 升級到 iOS 7.1.2，共 4 代，反而 iPhone 4s 可以從 iOS 5 升級到 iOS 9.3.5，共 5 代。支援升級時間最長的是 iPhone 5s，可以從 iOS 7 升級到仍然是 beta 4 階段的 iOS 12.4，共 6 代，但卻無法升級到 iOS 13。

看到這個圖表，你也許可以估計到未來推出的 iOS 14 甚至 iOS 15 的 iPhone 支援升級情況。
