海南島推離島免稅新政「瓊版」 iPhone 僅八折平過港版

從 iPhone 4 推出至今，香港（特別是先達廣場）長期是炒 iPhone 的聖地，但是未來可能被海南島取代了。

最近海南島為了重振被疫情打擊的旅遊業，發表《關於海南離島旅客免稅購物政策的公告》，實施離島免稅新政，離島旅客每年每人提供免稅購物額度 10 萬人民幣，不限次，新增酒類、手機、平板電腦等 7 類產品有限度免稅。

中國中央電視台去到免稅購物區，探訪海南電視產品免稅店，發現 iPhone 系列價格遠比中國國內其他省市，甚至港澳台還要便宜。一部 iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB 僅 8625 人民幣，512GB 版本僅 10210 人民幣，比蘋果官網中國版 iPhone 原價（10899 人民幣（256GB）和 12699 人民幣（512GB））便宜大約兩成。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″] [the_ad_placement id=”ad2″][the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]

港版 iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB 和 512GB 售價分別達 10799 港圓和 HK$12499，以「瓊版」免稅 iPhone 價格兌換成港幣計算，「瓊版」iPhone 要比港版 iPhone 便宜約 1 成多。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]

不過海南島免稅政策是有一些限制，例如要憑購物憑證在機場、火車站和港口碼頭指定區域提貨，並一次性隨身攜帶離島，政府會限制每次只限化妝品 30 件、手機 4 部、酒類 1500ml 免稅，超出免稅限額限量部分要徵收進口稅。另外，如果給人發現你走去倒賣、代購、走私免稅商品，除了依法納入信用紀錄之外，還會禁止你 3 年內不得購買離島免稅貨品。
