Google Keep 是筆記用程式，Google Docs 可用於製作文件，若是單純的文字記錄工作，兩者的功能十分相似，但一直互不從屬。Google 的新做法，令兩個應用程式走在一起，大家的工作效率可以更高。

Google 公布，由即日起 Google Keep 會整合至 Google Docs 內。這並不代表 Google Keep 就會消失，而是在 Google Docs 內會找到 Google Keep，於側欄出現；Google Keep 功能上亦會與 Google Docs 相關，互有關係。

不用同時打開兩個程式，用家可以在 Google Docs 內，以滑鼠拖拉，就可以將 Google Keep 的記事移至 Google Docs 的文件內，成為文件內容的一部分。相反，用家亦可反白指定位置，複製內容至 Google Keep，輕鬆製作 Google Keep 記事。當用家打開該記事，內裡就會多出一條原本來自 Google Docs 的連結，成為參考資料。

兩者走在一起，相信能令兩個程式都更實用，有助提供工作效率。
