三星 Tab S5e 疑設計問題? 拎錯位或影響 WiFi 訊號！

 

有用戶向外媒投訴，指 Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e 在握住某個位置時，Wi-Fi 傳輸訊號差到幾乎斷線。實有讀者記得當年左手拎 iPhone 4 就會出現的天線門事件，但想不到幾年後反而在三星這平板出現。根據外媒資料，指平板在橫向時，左手握著平板的左下角就會出現 Wi-Fi 訊號異常的情況！

根據用戶在 Instagram 分享的相片，見到 Wi-Fi 訊號的接收不當下降了 50%，就連下載的傳輸速度也由 43 Mbps 下滑到 3.9 Mbps，上網連接的速度大受影響！這個疑似硬件排位設計的問題，預計將會對 10.5 Galaxy Tab S5e 造成嚴重的影響，當用戶垂直或平放在桌上用平板當然沒問題，對一般使用也沒太大影響。然而當左手握著平板左下角，就是一個令人沮喪的設計缺陷。

 

 

 

現時解決方法是當要握左下角時，先將平板水平旋轉個反方各，將前置鏡頭指向右側而不是左側，這樣就將Wi-Fi接收位置定位在右側，而不受左手握住的影響！而這方法也證明是 Samsung 設計出問題，而非軟件上的更新可以解決的，希望三星香港盡快推出解決方案或更詳細的指示！
