有理定冇理？法國政府禁止學生玩手機！

討論「學生應否談戀愛」已經昤陳年老事，現在要討論的應該是「學生應否帶手機上學」！雖然香港大部份都由學校自行決定，但法國政府決定插手，日前法國教育部長 Jean-Michel Blanquer 宣佈於明年開學後，將禁上中小學在上學期間使用手機。

手機的用途非常廣範，雖然站在家長的角度只是以防萬一，但對學生而言，實際就是一部手提遊戲機。Jean-Michel Blanquer 認為學生只顧著玩手機，少了交流，從教育角度來看絕非好事。其實現在法國已經禁止在教室內使用手機，意味連小休、食飯時間都不能使用手機。雖然新規定未獲好評，但無論如何明年都要實行，且看看成效，或者有一日香港亦會有相似制度吧！
