受疫情影響　Facebook 全球市場推廣會議亦告取消

因應武漢肺炎正在不同國家傳播中，很多機構都擔心員工前往其他國家出席大型會議、展覽時，會因而染病，所以早前兩大展會 MWC 2020 及 CP+ 都已宣告取消。原本於下月舉行的 Facebook 全球市場推廣會議，同樣因武漢肺炎疫情而宣告取消。

路透社的報導指出，由於顧慮到武漢肺炎疫情，原本於下月假美國三藩市舉行的 Facebook 全球市場推廣會議，亦將會告吹。對於此報道，Facebook 發言人承認真有此事。他指出因公共衛生風險持續增加，而 Facebook 有責任顧及員工的健康，所以他們惟有取消原訂的會議。

鑑於疫情未見平息，短期內或許會有更多國際性會議、展會都會因而取消。
