在 Twitter 搜尋「Care React」，你除了可以找到很多「加油」表情的 meme 之外，也不難找到很多「加油」表情的改圖。最多的改圖就是直接從加油表情改，不再擁抱愛心，是而擁抱很多東西，例如炸雞、薄餅、壽司、點心、拉麵、拖鞋、尤達大師、照片、水晶、魔法棒、宗教經書、外賣袋……露骨一些的話，甚至屁股也成為擁抱目標。
