以乾電池和「渾身是勁」見稱的勁量宣佈越界踏入手機市場，確定在 MWC 2019 推出新手機，而且一推出就是 26 款之多。
勁量的 26 款手機包括 Power Max、Ultimate、Energy 以及 Hardcase 四個系列，其中 Energy 以及 Hardcase 是功能型手機，而 Power Max 系列手機電池容量超大，最高達 18000mAh。

另外 Ultimate 系列的部分有「Pop」字尾的智能手機更以可收納鏡頭作賣點，例如 U620S Pop 和 U630S Pop 有 6.2 吋螢幕，令螢幕真真正正變成無邊框，至於 U650S、U620S 和 U570S 分別有 6.5 吋、6.2 吋以及 5.7 吋 HD+ 螢幕，上方為了前置鏡頭陷入小瀏海，與 Oneplus 6T 類似。至於內置規格，勁量 Ultimate 系列智能手機規格中階至入門級，大多內置聯發科 Helio 系列處理器。
