畫面會漆黑一片　部分MacBook Pro用家投訴系統更新時死機

隨著蘋果推出採用Silicon處理器的Mac，他們也同時推出最新版本的macOS Big Sur，供用家下載更新。可是，部分MacBook Pro用家不滿系統升級不成，卻出現死機情況。

不少 MacBook Pro 用家，都有於蘋果推出新版本 macOS Big Sur 後，第一時間更新系統。不過，部分用家透過 Reddit 及蘋果官方支援論壇，反映系統更新期間，晝面變成漆黑一片。即使他們嘗試以不同方式重設電腦皆不成功，無法繼續使用。

直到目前，2013 年至 2014 中推出的 13 吋 MacBook Pro 已知可能會出現上述問題，但未知是否有其他年份及型號的 Mac 同樣受影響。至於問題成因，現時仍是一個謎。至於解決辦法，有受影響的用家曾聯絡蘋果，被告知應把有問題裝置送回維修，相信這未必是用家可以自行解決的。
