為突破禁制令在中國賣 iPhone！蘋果有新「法寶」！

高通早前在中國告贏蘋果，舊 iPhone 在中國面臨禁售，但禁售令的一些漏洞成為中國依然可以賣 iPhone 的希望。

路透社引述蘋果消息指，就福州中級人民法院的判決，蘋果指會盡量配合有關禁令，但指在下星期初會為中國的 iPhone 用戶推出軟件更新，將涉及兩個專利有關的功能移除。

蘋果就專利權費用問題與高通鬧翻之後，雙方在全球範圍發動官司，蘋果要求高通賠償多付的專利權費用，高通作出反擊指蘋果侵犯高通的專利。就中國法院的判決，蘋果早前指有關禁令並不包括 iOS 12 系統，因此安裝 iOS 12 的 iPhone 不在禁售令範圍內。

不過，在判決發出之後，高通仍然對蘋果窮追猛打，除了分享影片指蘋果違反禁售令，要求法院強制執行之外，也欲再次向中國法院提告要求禁售 iPhone XS/XS Max/XR。
