如果發現開啟「主動消噪」的 AirPods Pro 無法發出低音或背景聲音增加的時候，這可能是「主動消噪」無法正常運作，請確定你所連接的 iPhone、iPad、iPod touch 或 Mac 安裝最新軟件，將兩邊 AirPods Pro 戴入耳中，並確定「主動消噪」(ANC) 功能已開啟，清潔 AirPods Pro 頂部的網罩。有時候，如果下圖所示的區域積聚了碎屑或耳垢，也會影響「主動消噪」功能。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]
