早前蘋果推出 iOS / iPadOS 18.4 時，讓 Apple Intelligence 新增支援更多語言，包括簡體中文。大家或會想，這是否代表中國大陸的蘋果用家，或者購自中國大陸的各款蘋果裝置，都可從中受惠。不過事實是，原來只要是購自中國大陸的蘋果裝置，現階段就是不能使用 Apple Intelligence。
蘋果現不向中國大陸裝置提供 Apple Intelligence

近日有一位外國 iPhone 用家在 X 分享稱，他使用一部購自中國大陸的 iPhone 16 Pro Max，並且沒有離境，但是不知何故，一直以來都是未能使用 Apple Intelligence。他的問題，原來觸及了蘋果自 Apple Intelligence 推出以來已訂下的一項規則，就是蘋果對中國大陸施下了 Apple Intelligence 的禁令。
根據蘋果於技術支援頁面的介紹，Apple Intelligence 目前無法在中國大陸購買的支援裝置上使用。至於在中國大陸以外購買的支援裝置，如果用家身處中國大陸而且機內設定了「Apple 帳户國家/地區」為中國大陸，目前亦無法使用 Apple Intelligence。
換言之，只有購自中國大陸以外國家及地區的蘋果裝置，同時把蘋果帳戶所屬國家不設定為中國大陸，才可以使用 Apple Intelligence。即使現在蘋果推出了簡體中文版的 Apple Intelligence，情況也沒有改變。蘋果指出，直至他們在中國大陸正式推出 Apple Intelligence 後，禁令才會獲得解除。
或與阿里巴巴合作開發中國版 Apple Intelligence 有關
如果大家記憶猶新，相信會記得蘋果不是沒計劃要在中國大陸推出 Apple Intelligence，只是他們不能獨自推出，而是要跟阿里巴巴合作開發，才可以推出，並且符合中國大陸的法規。目前他們不容中國大陸的蘋果用家使用 Apple Intelligence，相信是為了避免節外生枝，為他們合作開發製造障礙。至於中國大陸版的 Apple Intelligence 何時可以正式推出，目前仍是未知之數。
