蘋果承認除高通外，沒有其他4G網絡晶片商符合標準！

 

近年蘋果和高通存在商業糾紛，早前PC3報導蘋果因不滿高通濫收專利權費用以來，與高通的官司處於下風，在中國部分 iPhone 被判侵權，在德國部分 iPhone 更被禁售，蘋果被迫用 Intel 製作 iPhone XS/XR 系列，甚至APPLE高層指高通拒絕為 IPhone XS/XS Max/XR 提供網絡晶片。而今日外媒9to5 Mac引用彭博社的消息，報導蘋果COO Jeff Williams，承認除高通外沒有其他尋求其他4G網絡晶片商。

 

這消息對處於專利糾紛的高通而言是利好的，然而面對高通對市場壟斷的蘋果就變得撲朔迷離。蘋果一直依賴高通，雖然2018年開始 iPhone 改用 Intel 網絡晶片，甚至傳2020年將全面採用 Intel 晶片。然而現時蘋果營運總裁 Jeff Williams 就指出「直到2016年9月蘋果發佈iPhone 7，除高通之外，沒有任何其它公司可以為蘋果設備供應晶片，且望與高通早日握手言和，別將糾紛轉移到消費者身上。」

 

 

蘋果最新的證詞，說明現時蘋果除高通外沒有其他晶片商，但現時如果高通拒絕與蘋果做生意，對消費者而言無疑成本有變化，售價也會上升。習慣以高通晶片，現改用其他公司的晶片，在產品與服務也會相應改變。事態如何，就要見蘋果與高通的官司糾紛的結果，或雙方最終的商業談判了！
