回應AirTag被用作秘密追蹤疑慮　AirTag有新措施令人及早察覺是否被追蹤

雖然蘋果一再表明AirTag應該用在死物上，但如何使用畢竟是用家的權利，包括AirTag可被用作追蹤目標人物的工具。為了回應用家此方面的疑慮，蘋果為AirTag進行軟件更新。

最近，蘋果開始推出AirTag的軟件更新，縮短離開物主後發出聲效的時間，由原本的三天縮短至八小時及二十四小時。換言之，若AirTag真的被用家利用作追蹤工具，被追蹤者可以更快透過不明音效得知自己被人追蹤。與AirPods一樣，AirTag進行軟件更新的方法是用家將AirTag放近iPhone，就會自動進行軟件更新。

此外，蘋果會於今年稍後，推出一個與AirTag相關的應用程式。不過，這不是指Android用家可透過此程式設定新購的AirTag，而是可以用來偵測用家附近是否有AirTag或其他啟動了尋找裝置功能的蘋果裝置，使用家可以及早察覺自己是否被追蹤。
