網民大投訴！蘋果售後更換的替代 AirPods 耳機竟然不能使用！

當你送修 AirPods 的時候，蘋果可能會為你替換新耳機，替換的耳機可能只有單邊耳機，需要與另一邊沒有替換的耳機配對才能使用。但是最近有網民投訴，蘋果最近為維修 AirPods 的用戶更換了無法使用的替代耳機。

有大量網民投訴，蘋果在維修 AirPods 的時候，卻為用戶替換了無法使用的替代耳機。有問題的耳機是安裝版本 2D3 韌件的第二代 AirPods 耳機，版本 2D3 韌件仍未推出，因此無法與未替換的 AirPods 耳機配對和一起工作，亦因為兩隻耳機的韌件版本完全不同，結果兩邊耳機只能單獨配對和使用。有用戶曾與蘋果客服聯繫，亦發現版本較低的 AirPods 無法更新到版本 2D3 韌件，結果客服只能重新發送另一套產品。[the_ad_placement id=”ad2″]
目前蘋果並沒有回應有關韌件版本錯誤導致 AirPods 耳機無法使用的問題，亦未回應版本 2D3 韌件幾時推出。
