Adobe 在 Adobe Max 大會發佈多項新東西，除了 iPad 完全版 Photoshop 之外，剪接師也可透過跨平台的《Adobe Premiere Rush CC》快速剪輯最美的影片。
《Adobe Premiere Rush CC》支援 iOS/Android/Mac/Windows 跨平台運作，故需要 Adobe 帳號，雖然功能不能與完整的《Adobe Premiere CC》相比，但《Premiere Rush CC》仍提供了彷似《Premiere CC》的介面，為手機和平板電腦用戶提供上佳影片剪輯體驗。

用戶打開新專案後選擇加入影片、相片、加入字幕、進行錄音，然後打開編輯介面，點選拖放剪輯片段，使用分割、複製畫面等等的小工具，最後支援輸出到裝置，分享到 YouTube、Facebook、Instagram 以及 Behance。

《Adobe Premiere Rush CC》將加入 Creative Cloud 計劃之中，個人月費 US$9.99、團體月費 US$19.99。另外也有免費的 Premiere Rush CC Starter 計劃，但限制輸出 3 條影片。iOS 版已經搶先推出，Android 版就要等到 2019 年。
