760p新SSD推出,最高速度達3,230MB/s!

Intel宣佈推出760p SSD,支援NVMe標準,以M.2 (2280) 作為介面,並採用PCI-E 3.0 x4 與底板連接。在架構上,採用Silicon Motion SM2262,加上64層,及Intel 3D TLC快閃記憶體,比上代效能提升一倍,功耗相對減半。現時推出的有512GB,256GB,以128GB容量的版本,預計未來兩三個月,推出 1TB 及 2TB版本。

在讀寫速度方面,512GB為3,230MB/s、1,625MB/s,而256GB 為 3,210MB/s、1,135MB/s,至於128GB則為1,640MB/s 及 650MB/s。而定價方面,Intel 760p SSD的512GB、256GB與128GB分別為$198.99美元、$108.99美元,以及$72.99美元。
