團隊特別與日本7-Eleven攜手合作，使用100%日本麵粉以及日式烘焙方法，製作新鮮、鬆軟的麵包，其中富良野蜜瓜包、朱古力白玉包、日式咖喱牛肉包及北海道3.6牛乳包等更採用日本原材料，產品由揀選食品供應商、食材、測試產品味道及質素、以至食品包裝，都經過嚴謹過程，以確保食品的水準。強調「用心‧簡單‧滋味」，務求每款產品都帶給顧客驚喜，在香港亦能享受到日式滋味。
