財政司司長陳茂波今日出席財經事務委員會時表示，$5,000 電子消費券已進入最後階段，並正與電子支付系統營辦商作最後系統測試，以確保登記及發放流程順暢。陳茂波期望可於 6 月下旬公佈有關登記詳情，以及發放安排，最快可於 7 月接受登記。
