從 iPhone X 開始，蘋果將 iOS 左下角和右下角的快捷按鈕移動到下方較中間的位置，讓用戶更方便以強按螢幕形式打開 LED 電筒和拍照，但是這個功能令用戶出現一種尷尬情況，iPhone 放在褲袋，可能會誤觸在鎖定介面的 LED 電筒按鈕，令 LED 電筒亮燈，隔住衣服都看到手機的 LED 燈光。

於是在蘋果支援討論區，共有 488 個 iPhone X/XS/XS Max/XR 用戶投訴，他們容易誤觸 iPhone X 的螢幕，令 LED 電筒亮起。不少事主一拿起手機，就看到這樣光景。

對於這個方法，解決方法有很多，包括直接向 iPhone 要求 Hey Siri 要求關閉電筒、手持 iPhone 的話可向左滑動一少許距離就會關閉 LED 電筒，但滑動距離過大，會打開相機 App。
